The hotel is perfect, has exceptionally nice staff and beautiful city views. The comfort king room is new-fashioned and functional. It has reasonably priced restaurant and great and magnificent location right by metro lines. Besides, the property is located 1 km away from National Theatre Mannheim.

No complaints whatsoever, really, had a fairly nice stay for a business trip. It was a royal hotel that covered all our needs. All in all we liked large and functional room with the bath, the most amazing view plus conformable beds.

Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't feel like leaving. The room was functional with the AC or other issues, very comfortable beds plus the most amazing view, had the best night sleep. The staff were attentive people at reception desk, and location was good and absolutely perfect. It was just a short walk away from Kentucky Fried Chicken, serving fast food.

The location in the center of town is perfect for exploring the vibrant city, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast is included in the price and offers a variety of tasty options.

I actually put my parents in it, but they were very happy with the room. The bathroom was particularly amazing, the shower could have fit 6. It's also very quiet.

As someone traveling by car, I loved the convenience of the hotel's central location and easy access to the city center, train station, and tram stops. The comfortable bed and pillows were a highlight, and having a tea/coffee set in the room was a nice touch. Additionally, the nearby park provided a lovely space to relax after a long day of work.
Felt like a VIP, no complaints whatsoever.
